the day is cuming...nini kip say wan make cheese cake for her bf birthday~~then after my presentation, she n ah vian jie cum n fetch me n mak go tesco buy all the ingredients~~~
ah mak skip clas n acc us do all tis...haha...future engineer reali lazy :p
at first plan to make 4 cake
1 for ah ni jie'bf
1 for ah vian jie
1 for ah tok jie
1 for me
but my mum say they prefer pizza rather than cheese cake....so at last v make 3onli....
make ah mak n me nid wait till toktok birthday celebration onli can try the taste...kanjiong~~

ingredietns : oreos,cheese,white n dark choc,
choc chips,whipping cream,butter,egg n sugar

ops, 50g sugar was drop on the table

ah mak's egg is break~~

future engineer balut the bekas

nini blend d biscuits
ah vian jie melt the butter n white choc
mix all the ingredients
nini tuang all into the bekas
yeah..is time to bake for 50 min wif 160cah mak makan when v doin wok.....

1st cheese cake is done

is very hot...haha..no balance

v use around 5hours to make all tis cake~~~
1st cake very success...but 2nd n 3rd cake dun koe y the biscuits so oily~~~i think is the biscuit blend too halus ad....but nid to try next time onli will koe.... tension!!! make the cake like dat...haiz...feel paiseh to them....
